custom roms are just the rom itself, no radio is included. if you are having problems finding stuff for unlocker, check my Unlocking tutorial on ppckitchen; all the links are good there.

If you have just a certain rom you want to flash after your radio is updated, you can just stick it in an RUU and flash it. If you need just the RUU you can download one here-> Titan RUU
