Mogul keys not working

All of my keys except the power button have stopped working. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a separate controller for the hardware keys?

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is that your Mogul thinks that Device Lock is still on (as it disables all hardware keys short of the power key). Soft Reset possibly?

That is a good idea Destructor, but I have actually done a full hard reset to no avail. I will probably have to take the phone in. Bummer that Sprint will only cross-mail a replacement for $55 fee.

I was in the Sprint store a few days ago. There was a guy in there with a Mogul with the exact same problem; all his buttons stopped working.

Sprint replaced it.

I have a real hard time with my camera button. Sometimes I have to push it 5 - 10 times to get the camera to finally turn on. All other buttons work fine though.

On the camera button you know you have to push and hold the button down for about 3-5 seconds to get the camera to start? This is on the Mogul manual and common on most HTC devices.

had a similar problem recently, down on the dpad feels stuck, and buttons work erratically or not at all. the worst part is the end key occasionally acts like it's stuck, making the phone radio cycle off and back on randomly. a few days later the led backlight for the call and end buttons is stuck permanently on, even after shutting it down by holding the power button. I took it to a sprint store, waiting for them to get a replacement for me.
