Issue with landscape mode and ear speaker.

Hey guys, I have been having an issue with landscape mode on my mogul and the speaker that is by your ear in a call. I was on 6.5 and my phone started to not go into landscape mode occasionally but I didn't really think anything of it. So I restored to a newer 6.5 beta and it doesn't even go into landscape mode most of the time now. When it does, it just freezes up until I put it back into portrait. I went back to the stock Alltel rom which I am on now. Also, since I restored to the second 6.5 beta the speaker for calling people doesn't work. I can only use speaker phone which is very annoying. Can anyone help?

So you are currently on the stock Alltel rom? If so I would reflash just to make sure it flashed correctly. After the flash do a hard reset. I just think something leftover from the 6.5 caused the problems.

I have reflashed 4 times and did a hard reset each time. I don't know what it going on. Also, sometimes when I tap the power button and it goes to sleep, I tap it to wake up and the backlight turns on but the screen it black. What's up with that?
