Re: What do I about my Mogul?

I cracked my screen too.. Just the glass part, the lcd part was still good, but I couldn't move around on the screen. I went to ebay.. found the screen brand new for 9.00, and then came on this forum, found how to take the mogul apart, and replaced it myself. If you have ever taken any electronics apart, its really quite easy to take the mogul apart and fix it yourself.

Now if Sprint had all of the CSR's with that kind of mentality a couple of years ago.... But it is good to see motivation from them. =D>

Re: What do I about my Mogul?

I don't think it would be too much to ask of Sprint, or any other provider, to allow you the use of a loaner phone while you wait on your insurance replacement IF your replacement phone is on backorder.

Re: What do I about my Mogul?

Stands up and applauds!! Thanks Erin At Sprint! Way to be proactive with customer service!

I've had to do this before but not too many other people think about doing it. Grab a cheap basic functions phone off ebay before yours gets broken and thrown it in a drawer somewhere. If you watch you can pick one up for 10 bucks or less. It won't be a PPC or PDA, but it'll get you through a couple days.
