flashing stock rom via sd card

Gotta return my mogul and cant flash stock rom via usb. Is there any way to get stock rom and flash via sd card. Also should i flash radio first or will it flash with the stock rom?

ok, first thing is first, how did you get into jessica rabbits closet? on sprint you should be able to flash the stock rom without changing your radio. whatever rom you flash should unless otherwise noted have a radio with it. i may be wrong, but if i am someone will correct me.

so the answer to the million dollar question is I married Jessica Rabbit< and in the closet is somehow just a little freaky....lol. Ok so i dont have to woory about the radio but how can i get the newest "official" rom from sprint so i can flash via sd card.
