Touch today screen

I have installed and reinstalled the the files from the first page of this thread and I can get the cube to work but when I swipe up I get my normal Today page and not the one with the large clock ("touch" today screen). I have read the 11 or 12 pages multiple times and i cant seem to figure out why i cant get the "touch today screen" to work. If there is something that I am missing could someone inform me as to the solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

Were you ever able to get the touch today screen loaded on your Titan?

in order to get the today screen with the clock, weather, contacts etc you need to download the htc home plugin which can be easily found here by doing a search. then you unzip the cab file, go to start/settings/today. select htc new plugin, add the icons you want, then you are in business
