Happens to me constantly. I initially contributed it to the fact that I was keeping the phone in my shirt pocket and thought that maybe the talk button was getting pressed while removing it. But the more I think of it, I do still have to press talk to answer while I can hear the caller. Very strange...
I am operating the OEM ROM with some xtra apps.

used to happen on my mogul alot, havent had it on the touch yet

This has happened to me once since flashing 3.35, but I remember a thread on the same topic last fall (i.e. pre-GPS enabled ROMs). Very weird.

That sounds weird. I wish it would happen to me just to experience it.
You need to see if they can hear you as well, like you said. I am curious.

Yeah this happened to me as well.
It was a feature on Sprint phones in the past. You could hit a key when someone was calling you to listen in.
