ive noticed the new threaded texting in wm6.1 is really slow... if u have a bunch of them saved and dont delete them it can really bog down when you're trying to text...

im really boggled by this whole free memory thing... i get about 22-23mb free after a soft reset but there is NO WAY to recover that amount of memory without restart again after loading some apps... normally it's around 18mb and seems to go down from there... doesn't make sense! Even running SKTools mem clean i can only get back to 19-20mb... where does that other memory go?!

It gets eaten up by poorly written programs that do not clear memory buffers and leave memory "handles" into the cpu even though they are closed. The best way to free ram is to soft reset... it only takes 30-45 seconds... no big deal to me, sometimes loading and running a memory manager takes longer
