It leaves 9.5 on there. If you do want to revert back, however, its kind of tricky because uninstalling opera 10 makes IE Mobile your default browser (barf)

It doesn't work out of the box, don't know if there are any hacks to make it work. Whats wrong with double clicking on the screen?

Thanks
Only once. All g-config does is write the correct registry settings to permanently enable autorotation.

Actually, it's a single click now to zoom, which is nice.

Thanks for replying eveyone.

I'll try installing 10 to see if it performs better.

The problem I have with double clicking is that it zooms in to a certain level. Depending on the content of the page, that zoom distance may or may not be the correct zoom level.

The zoom bar takes care of this issue in 1 swipe and is a good substitute for lack multi touch.

Re: Screen rotation with Opera 9.7 Beta

Opera 10 lets you decide you much you want it to zoom; the default is 200 percent, but I like 140 percent. Still not perfect, I know, but it seems to work OK with most sites.

Re: Screen rotation with Opera 9.7 Beta

And thats the problem with double tap. You have to decide how much to zoom in BEFORE you are viewing the content.

With the slider you can go in 150% on one page, then the very next go to 120%.

Don't get me wrong, I use double tap also, its just nice to have the flexibilty to choose how much you want to zoom depending on what you are currently viewing.
