Microsoft Bluetooth Stack

Any way to implement this? I'm trying to get the Presentation Companion for PowerPoint 2010 to work and apparently it requires this. Is this something that would need to be cooked into a ROM or is this something that can be enabled?

I would like to see this too! Apparently the MS stack is superior to the one HTC uses in many ways.
