Not that I know of no, but it may be related to the ROM..Hard to say but both worked fine for me. I'll probably still be returning the phone though.

T1 isn't working on a lot of 0002's, so don't worry about it to much.
It's normal for the T2 to cap at 40fps, they are still working on getting it fully uncapped.

They are still heavily working on this kernel...it just needs more time
