Hey I figured it out...First copy over your mp3 files to SD. Just use Astro File Explorer to locate your old WM mp3, press on it within Astro, select music options, and it lets you select "set as ringtone"...Done. They then show up in the ring directory...

I am learning...but still feel stupid!
