Well, before you do, lets clear some things up for sure, because they weren't outlined very well in this thread:

1. Is it FOR SURE a CDMA or GSM? And did you use the wrong unlocker?
2. Does the little white ring of light come on when you plug it up?
3. Can you find your way to a bootloader screen?

In plain english, try to answer those. The GSM version is weird and has an even smaller battery and a jagged dark colored battery cover instead of the standard Reddish, smooth battery cover.

Re: Diamond p3700 wont boot up

He flashed a CDMA unlocker on a GSM device and cannot get to the bootloader, he is bricked.

What you did is not illegal by any law I know of, it just violates your warranty/insurance and since you told them what you did you probably voided any claims, but you can take it to them and see what they say.

1: nothing is sure but i think i used a wrong rom cdma rom
2: No ligth comes on nothing happens completly dead
3: No i cant find my way too the bootloader screen
So i think the phone is on its way too be recycled
