Hemli I tried your file to change the first splash screen and could not get it to go. Everything works as it should. Installed the enable rapi.cab on the phone. soft reset then ran the apac_splash.bat file and everything runs as it should but the screen does not change. This is the splash log.

No splash at c:\splash_new.rsb found. Default splash will be used.
Backup existing splash to C:\backup_splash.rsb

What it did do was change the second splash welcomehead.96.png back to the windows mobile default one. I change mine with a different one.

Not sure why? What about using the uni splash changer?

Update, LOL I read your bat file. I moved the files to root and ran it again. It's all is good. C:\ Heh Thanks again for your nice work.

So, we finally get done with the unified rom kitchen, and its now obsolete? Not that I'm complaining, I just am trying to understand what the wizard (aka helmi) is up to now

And yes, I have been MIA for more then a month. Been crazy busy - heck I've still not even been able to find time to cook up my own rom based on the unified kitchen release. Sigh.

I will tell you this much, the new kitchen will blow away the Unified one. It will have selectable (check boxes) OEMs and you can compile the rom in under 30 seconds. The createOS portion actually takes longer than the createROM.

I meant to say sending not receiving. I can't seem to send unless I play with the settings every time.

I can't see the video with Media player either. It does work with the MMS program though.

New functionality?

I've downloaded and dumped the rom. I've noticed that there are a few exe's that are not present in the rom I'm currently running. Specifically, BTFtpClient, BTMouse, AltTab, and ActionSender. Are these functional in the rom and if so, what is their function? Thanks for the great work!
