its very close to 10.17.10.Dont know detailed changes between 28240 and 28242...

OMG! I've got a post linked. This is the first time ever. You don't know how good that makes me feel. Like I've actually contributed something after only taking. Ok, I know it isn't much but its a start.

here is a pp changer.Unrar and run that pp.exe.
tap "select" button and brows to my ruu_signed.nbh.
You will see "16" selected,
Change to 12 , press "change to" button and "close"
