I still can not get BBSAK v1.8.2 to detect my Tour 9630 (OS 5.0.0.484). Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It keeps saying No Device Detected, BBDM works fine. I am running BBSAK as Administrator. V1.7 worked for a while and then started doing the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using a different USB port. Also try rebooting/batterypull on the Tour while its plugged to USB port and BBSAK is open. Try "kill processes" Do you have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed? You'll need the drivers from it.

Tried a different USB port, tried rebooting Tour while plugged in and BBSAK open, tried "Kill Processes". Still no luck. Yes, I have BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0.0.43 installed. Any other ideas?

Backup.alx is present in the backup folder. It is 20kb and ends (in notepad) with <loader>. Backup.jad is not present.

Other than that I'm not sure how to tell you if it is complete.

I've also uninstalled/reinstalled BBSAK.

So it appears to be hanging on jad creation I assume. How many apps are you using? Cause your the first to report this to my knowledge.

This one is super odd. You only have one phone connected to PC? Also I would like to see whats going on live. Mind using teamviewer and letting me watch what happens?

Correct, I only have one phone connected. What do I need to do to allow you to watch?

There are 147 items in the BBSAK back-up folder, but I realize each isn't an individual app.

My Third Party Apps list in Options|Applications contains 47 programs, but many are links/launchers like Crackberry and Dcom. I don't think I have anything exotic.

The BBSAK backup folder is 35.9 MB.

You would need to download and run TeamViewer and also let me know what timezone and when is best to try and get together so I can view.

Yeah I think we have narrowed the issue down to the jad/alx function but it works with a had full of apps installed. So we are trying to see if its a particular program/cod thats causing the issue. Would you mind zipping your backup folder and sending to me?

I have downloaded TeamViewer, I'm in Central timezone, anytime today would work or after 7 PM next week.
