Can't find set-up settings for T-zones TP2

First I just want to apologize to everyone if this is an easy answer... I have done a lot of searching on the internet and in this forum and I am unable to find a complete answer...

I just got my T-mobile HTC Touch Pro 2 using 6.1 Windows and I have the old T-zones. Can someone please walk me through all of the setup numbers, directions in a step by step format to access the internet with T-zones? I have it grandfathered into my plan.
