Tell me how please...

I can't seem to figure out how to flash a cooked rom...can some 1 plz help me...ive searched and i can only find how to cook and flash one but i want to use an already cooked one...i'm using the new ppck if that matters...plz help and fast its late and i want to go to bed

ok i found its much easier to flash using SD card. But get the SPL updated first. update radio second and then you are ready for the ROM. follow the directions that he lists in the thread above. It looks intimidating at first but it gets more simple as you go along. I actaully found a really great rom from XDA site. Ryans Lite mod i would recommend.

thank u for the link and help guys but i'm still confused about the process with the "already cooked" Roms. Once I downlaod the file (ex. Mattsm_23017_Sprint.rar) ...I place that file in User_OEM? and it should then be avaliable in my kitchen is that right?
