Exclamation xda-developers gone?

Trying http://forum.xda-developers.com/ gives "502 Bad Gateway"
Someone elsewhere said that xda had been taken down for copyright infringement. Does anyone here know if that is true?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint PPC6850SP)

the copyright takedown rumor was only for a couple posts. it didnt affect the whole site. With that being said, their servers routinely have problems.
