WIFI isnt showing up on my connections list

ever since build ....53 or so.it seems that my wifi will only work some of the time. i have to soft reset 5-6 times before i can get to work. this happens somtimes, and other times it works fine. do you think my wifi hardware in the phone could be going out. or is it possible there is a rom, or software conflict? i have tried everything from hard resetting both the device, and the My storage, and i am still having this problem. any advice would be useful. im currently running yardi4lifes 23506 rom. i was going to flash back to the stock cf03 fom to see if the wifi problem continues. i would rather not reflash my phone again, but if nobody gives me any other options then i might have too. thanks again.
