Network busy error message outgoing calls

I have been getting the network busy error message but the calls seems to go through any way. I also notice the only way to end the call is by shutting down the data but holding down the end key. Hitting the end call wouldn't terminate the call. This has happen a few times already, has anyone had this problem.

I haven't got the network busy error, but I have had the end call button not working. About 3-4 times so far, and I have to soft reset the phone to hang up. Really frustrating, but I think that's what happens when you get a new release phone. We're the lucky ones who get to be the beta testers.

For me the end call button sometimes takes awhile to work, like 5-6 seconds (feels like an eternity). So far, no failure to hang up but I'll keep an eye on mine.

Is this windows mobile or hardware? I am thinking its software related.

I think it's software related too. Most of the time it's perfect, but just once in a while, nothin!
