receiving MMS picture messages

I'm having trouble receiving pics from my friends... I had trouble with my blackberry too... i know part of it is from sending from other carriers...

but... on my HTC droid eris, I get them, but can't download them...

is there some kind of setting I can change? i've looked everywhere trying to find threads in regards to this...

people can receive MMS pics from me instantly but I sometimes get pics from my friends... but more so I just get the "download" button, and when clicked says, "download was unsuccessful"

i tried downloading the saveMMS... but that didn't really help either...

any suggestions?

Try tapping to the left of the picture icon in the blank space.
