FdcSoft TaskMgr

Anyone else having difficulty getting TaskMgr v3.1 to load? It booted beautifully the first time I ran the program, and I was able to make a couple of reg edits; however, it now freezes with 2-4 bars on the initial status bar during the booting of the program every time.
