Downloaded Reg editor.. how do I use it?

I downloaded a free reg editor.. to attempt to use my phone as a modem using the resco explorer.

The next step using the reg editor is to:

using Registry Editor...
2) HKLM\Comm\InternetSharing
3) Delete this string: Extension - IcsHelper.dll

But I don't know how to run the reg editor much less find hklm and delete that string.
