Installed M2D, and now it closes all the time!!!

I just installed M2D on my Mogul, following the tutorial on this page:

http://www.htcwiki.com/page/Manila+2D+and+M2D+Themes

I am using update 20, which has a m2d file of m2d test 0.12.5.1.cab

Everything installed just fine, and I can see the TF2d interface. It looks slick!!! But, whenever I close a program, such as text messages or opera, or put the phone in sleep mode, upon bringing the phone out of sleep mode, the phone says "Tap here to launch TouchFLO". I click it, and touchflo comes up. Also, my phone is low on memory when running touchflo. I can't open the YouTube app with the TouchFLO running.

Searching brings up 500 page threads on xda developers....I've spent the last 2 hours reading, but can't find a fix for the two issues above.

I have update19 on my computer, which I may try to install, after removing update20 (will most likely need to do a hard reset....).

Let me know what I'm missing, or how to fix the issues above. Thanks.
