Exclamation SAMSUNG i760 Backlight

I have a SAMSUMG i760 and the Backlight will not turn off. It will dim but not off. I have checked all the setting but it still will not turn off. Kills Battery!!!!!

6/28/09 Now when I try to make calls sometimes, A message comes up telling me the network is not available. Up on top the signal bars show two arrows flashing back and forth.(Looks the same as when I Sync)

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT HAS A CLUE TO WANT IS GOING ON???? HELP PLEASE

Re: SAMSUNG i760 Backlight

I have noticed the backlight problem as well, though it only happens intermittently, sometimes after a battery change or charge like it thinks it is still connected to a charger??? Sorry but I do not know of a fix, and just make sure I turn it off manually. The network connection problem has only happened to me when the phones radio has turned off (Airplane mode) only happened once and don't know why or how it got turned off... just something to check. I love my i760 and hope yours gets it's act together and starts treating you better.
