How to resize a Mobile Shell Theme?

Can someone direct me to where I can find some instructions on how to resize a Mobile Shell 3 theme? There is a theme out there that my wife is bugging me about but it is only VGA and I need it WQVGA. Any assistance?

Re: How to resize a Mobile Shell Theme?

Moved to the Themes Forum. I'd also read through the Mobile Shell thread started by Mr. Hawaii.

Re: How to resize a Mobile Shell Theme?

If you have Microsoft Powerpoint Picture Viewer you can copy your picture into that and click edit picture then in window on right side towards the bottom you should see resize picture- click on that then in the window on the right make the selection of custom then just enter in the size or there is also a free online theme maker that works pretty good.

Well, all the theme files are on the computer until I put them on the phone to install the theme. I would prefer to work with them on the computer. It's easier.
