It's a small cab that actually closes an app when you press the "X". It always bugged me when I just minimize the app and not close it. You lose the HTC drop down menu though.
You posted this in the wrong forum, but I am wondering how this is any different than setting the task manager to close the app.

I see that... so anyway, I am wondering why a person would need this app when you can set your task manager to close the app instead of minimizing it.
