Best Rhodium-enabled rom...

Well, I'm back to stock-yet again...

What's the best rom for Rhodium compatibility? Every one I've tried so far has random dialer problems, ringer problems.. whatever else. (Juicy7, pskirom, cFay...)

Thanks...

That's cause Rhodium Manila is BETA. It's not fully working. You have already tried the best ones. Keep an eye on this post for updates on when it no longer has bugs http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=493531

'Thought my problems (such as ringers) were unrelated, but I'll just keep watching.

Thanks...

as far as the ringer issue goes. convert all your ringers to wav files and rename them without the dash ( so you can tell them apart ) and put them in my docs\my ringtones and no more ringtone issue. they are much bigger but at least your phone will ring

Re: Best Rhodium-enabled rom...

I thought the ringtone corruption had to do with WM 6.5? I have since gone back to 6.1 cuz I need my phone to ring but I believe I used MP3 trimmer to create my own ringtone from a song on my SDCard and it still wouldn't ring after a few hours. Is that becuase it was not in .wav format?

Re: Best Rhodium-enabled rom...

I'd really like to find a 6.5 rom that has atleast all the basic functions working. even roms made with 6.1 are buggy, any one know a 100% working, fast tf3d enabled rom? 6.5 or 6.1, I just want my touch pro to be a actual phone again without txting issues or other sacrifices for untested rom builds. been using mightyrom for a while now

theres never going to be a 100% rom every rom has its bugs, but the custom roms are 100 times better than stock so just keep flashing and trying them out.
My favorite rhodium rom is psyki and he released v3 today!!

Mighty's Rom is considered one of the most stable and fast rom with 6.5 and tf3d, so if your basic functions aren't working, then i think you might be doing something wrong. Besides, this thread is about the best rom with tf3d2, not tf3d. So, if you want to try that, then go ahead. As already mentioned, Psyki's Rom is a good one. There's several custom roms to choose from so just flash a different one if you don't like one.

bfaber, please read this http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=65925

Re: Best Rhodium-enabled rom...

Thanks for the info. I agree I'm getting tired of flashing everyday. I just want one that will work without all my ringers not working. That's the most important darn part!
