Flashing Moto Q to MetroPCS

Does anyone know how to unlock a Moto Q and then flash it for MetroPCS?

q9m verizon when i write the new prl using RSD the prl wont stick

It is from Sprint. It should be the orginal Q. I had it on my family plan and upgraded my nephew to the mogul.

I was told that you have to install HTC unlock software. But it didn't work for me so I flashed my q9c with generic monsterpack.

you need to find out SPC to your phone, which you will have to search for.

Or you can flash it with verizon which resets spc to 000000.

Although I am not so positive if the verizon monster pack is available for original Q or not.
