HTC Iolite Gesture and SmartTouch

Hey guys,
I recently OEMed some packages from the Iolite Rom and found that some of them made the user interface alot easier to work with (with touchFlo not installed) so if anyone wants to grab em, here they are.
Also used the utils package from the iolite manilla 2d thread.

Ah sorry about that. Essentially what it does is make the scrolling easier, more of a kinetic motion. Not what 6.5 has, but a mix between that and the blocky scrolling that microsoft used to have.
It makes no changes to the actual display, only the movement of it when scrolling.
