Cant answer calls

Flashed to Manila using ppck and everything works well except for quirks with the clock. The biggest problem is the phone wont allow me to answer calls. No caller id, no indication of incoming call other than the block at top that normally says [ev] goes to [1x] then I get a missed call notification.

I've search ppc, xda, and google and haven't found an answer. So I'm hoping you guys can help. I really like Manila and would like to keep it. Running minimal options from the kitchen 20193(i think, its the latest) build w/ 2.47spl.
