Vista and Outlook 2007 not syncing with Treo

Ok let's see how to explain this. Got a new laptop with Windows Vista Ultimate Edition and Outlook 2007. Had previously been using XP with Outlook 2003 at home.

I made sure I downloaded the newest update for the Windows Mobile Device Center (because Vista doesn't have ActiveSync). And it syncs to my phone. I can use file explorer and everything. But the problem is with syncing to Outlook 2007.

The contacts synced great, no problems. But not the calendar. I had to actually backup Outlook from the XP PC, and import the file into Outlook 2007.

I can't seem to get it to sync from the Treo to the calendar in Outlook 2007.

Any ideas? Is there something easy I'm missing?
