Treo 700wx Update!
Can someone help me please. I downloaded WM6 to my SD card and followed the instructions. I held the up volume button while inserting the battery. A screen appeared saying to update hold up button. Am I supposed to hold it for awhile. As soon as I let go it goes to regular boot and WM 5 is there again???? Am I doing something wrong?

IIRC, once you hold the up volume and re insert your battery, a message will come up (I think it asks if you want to erase all data). You then press up on your DPAD. At that point the flash process will run. There should be nothing for you to do until the process is over and you need to re calibrate your device

It asks if I want to install update. But I am still holding the button at this time. Once I let go and hit the up button again it boots normal. Should I keep holding the up button? and for how long, nothing seems to happen.
