Htc Hermes 200

Hello! I bought a SoftBank HTC herm 200 x01ht with win5 and tried to decode with http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293665, HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a and not working. I have
(ROM VERSION :1.18.255.3
ROM DATA :01/22/06
RADIO VERSION : 1.14.01.10
PROTOCOL VERSION 32.50.7018.00H).
I tried to decode in vista and xp, automatic, manual and card. Do not go. I installed win.mob.6 and now I have
(ROM VERSION :3.54.255.3
ROM DATE: 07/05/07
RADIO VERSION : 1.14.01.10
PROTOCOL VERSION : 32.50.7018.00H
EXTRROM VERSION : 3.54.255.104)
When you put your SIM card in your phone displays ''SimLock. You have tried 100 times, please wait until timeout..." and a have wait 10h and still not working. Help, I agonize for 10 days. Thx

do you still have this device? if so, I can help you. I had the same device and issue but there there is a program that will sim/cid unlock your device for free. it can be found on xda-developers.com in the htc hermes section. pm me and I can try to point you in the right direction.
