zip mobile disappearing?

after a hard reset, zip mobile would work fine. after some time passes, it doesnt???? i was wondering why zipped files would show up with a windows icon to the left of the file name and i would have to use pocket rar to open it. TIA

It may be because a piece of software you installed is messing with something. If you have pocket rar then that could very well be the problem. It may just not be associating zip files with it correctly. Maybe check the settings and see if there is something for file association. Other than that all i could say would be to hard reset, reinstall apps one at a time and see when it goes bad. I know, not a great alternative but really the only one I can think of.

Pocket rar has settings the first time you run it to associate with zip files and/or rar files, remove pocket rar from programs, reinstall the program and only check it to associate with rar files. You should be good to go, no hard reset needed. If I've helped hit Thanks.
