Im new and not very knowlegable with PDA's and to this site so hopefuly you can help me. With my treo the ringer volume is low and I know about volume care but i don't want to pay $36 for it so i was wondering if there is any other and free volume inhancer for the 800 and also when i sync my device my message tone returns to the default and I have to master reset the phone to set another message tone....

Check out the sticky on the top of the forum here. There is a registry hack for the volume issue. As for your other issue that is a new one to me.

1st, are you using Vista or XP on ur 'puter?. 2nd, delete the partnership and create a new one, sounds like when you sync, its resetting to the current partnership. HTH(HopeThisHelps)
