Wifi keeps turning on on my Tilt?

Hello,

I have wifi turned off but it keeps turning back on for some reason. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Try putting the device into sleep mode, but before you do that, check your Comm Manager to see if WiFi is off first and then end the Comm Manager task, and then tap on the power button.

And are you also using the 6.1 official ROM?
