how can i remove unwanted icons

i am using verizon 700 and i have demo and other programs that i have installed some of them have expire and some i uninstalled but the shortcut did not delete is there a way to remove them without doing a hard reset?

You can go into Windows folder and remove from there. Look under Start Menu for your short cuts and you can delete them from there.
