HOW TO ACCESS SPRINT POWER VISION FROM THIS HANDSET?

the power vision service for pda phones is the interent and the on demand program. not much other then that

ok, i'm new using this, lets say i want to watch tv, radio, ring tones,etc from my vision plan, do i need to purchase and instal any programs? if so wich ones and where i will be able to purchase them? THANKS

yes you will need programs to do each.
do a search for what it is you want to do and it will reply many programs for each.
