Connecting to a Dial-up ISP?

I had a 8125 that I waas able to connect to my dialup ISP account and surf at decent speed. I was not required to have a data plan, it just used my plan minutes.

Now I have a 8525 and I am unable to connect to my dialup account. Is there some way around this w/o having to get a data package?

Do you still have the 8125? You can try going into connections and copying the data over.

if not, do you remember what the dial up service on your phone was called? You may be able to google the settings.

My third piece of advice would be to check the Wizard forums for answers. With all of the ROM playing those guys have done I'm sure someone needed those settings in the past.
