call block app needed

Hey I am looking for an app that will block a call when the phone rings more than twice in a minute. I am a landlord and have tenants that will call me 10 times in a minute to tell me the stupidest things. If I move then to the reject list then they can't call ever. I want them to call back just not 10 times in the next minute. I would love to block their call for 10 min or so.

You can try Call Blocker which is a free call block app for Android.

Don't think I've ever seen a call blocker app that was time based. Usually they are a black list

Download Avast anti virus.
It has day and time blocking for calls and SMS.

I use Calls Blacklist because not only it block calls but also it also helps in filtering sms.
