purchased phone with *mighty rom*

i recently purchased a tp2 off CL to replace my broken one and during the transaction/activating it on the spot i noticed it had MR installed which was cool because ive always wanted a rom'd phone but never knew how to go about it. well during the transaction all went well and was able to place a quick call to acknowledge it was activated. once i got home i was able to play with it more and realized that i have no data connection, yet can make calls/texts no problem. i constantly get an error 129 that comes up every few hours and randomly get a #777 error. when i called sprint csr i was told to go through the whole update profile /prl deal and realized that i dont even have those options on the phone.

going through the phone settings it says my ROM date is 6/20/10 and my manilla version is 2.5.20132227.0 (if that means anything) so my question is how do i fix this so i can get data again because honestly this phone is useless to me and defeats the purpose if i cant even get picture msgs or weather updates. help

Humm... I would recommend flashing stock and then flashing custom again.

Re: purchased phone with *mighty rom*

I would recommend installing a more modern, popular, and well-supported ROM. Like Energy ROM.

MMS does work, as mentioned here in the FAQ.

Re: purchased phone with *mighty rom*

Or just go back to stock. 6.1 works really well and fast.
