Select Input Method Notification very annoying

This notification thing is very annoying at the top.

Search here and nobody had post about it.

I google and this is what I find:

So same problem with the LTE. I am using Swiftkey 3.

what notification icon??? I removed mine

and I have it removed in my ROM

Its at the top of the bar. It appear every now and then, just like anyone else described. How did you remove it?

Cook ROM will have it removed? I m going to root my phone soon.

3G speed is bad.

I am also getting random "Set Currrent time" notification also.

You have this problem?

I removed it my modding services.jar.....like the link I posted says to

as I stated, it is removed in my ROM (yes, my COOKED ROM)
