HSPL REQUIRED TO INSTALL

This ROM is based off of stock Verizon Mango and should function as a stock ROM

ROM is not fully unlocked just dev and interop this makes it safer for the end user
Apps can be sideloaded with a xap installer (WP7_SDK)

If you need a registry editor or file brower
I suggest using WP7 Root Tool found HERE

If you want to be able to insall .xap files from IE or Email

MUST HAVE WP7 ROOT TOOLS INSTALLED FIRST

I suggest using XapHandler found HERE

Or XapDeployer found HERE

DO NOT HARD RESET ROM
just flash agian if there is a problem
