Windows Mobile Running on Windows Phone 7
I came across this video that's showing what appears to be an HTC HD7 running Windows Mobile. It seems to be an emulator of some kind which runs Windows Mobile 6.1 on top of Windows Phone 7. In the video, they (team DFT), claim to even be working on Wm 6.5 version!! It currently looks to be using virtual buttons to imitate hardware buttons. Check it out..

hm nice lol, wonder what microsoft's impressions would be if people chose to go back to older WM on newer hardware would be lol.

Maybe a best of both and dual boot it later on?

this should be on the front page. looks very nice, allthough wp-mango pretty much negates the need to go back to wm its still nice to be able to go back to the past for a bit.

once they get the wm 6.5 working and uscc gets a wp7 that is a world phone as well with an sd card slot i will get a new phone in an instant. but for now my old tp2 is still my phone of choice.

running host 1.5 on my tp2 is as close to wp7 as i'll get lol, but I'm starting to like that tiles look, still like the sense look on WM though but the change is nice.

wondering why this is in TP2 section though

this was the last windows mobile phone we've had on the site, thats why.. Where should i have put it..in a subsection that gets no traffic? I also figured these would be the members to most like/benefit from the news..

I'll believe it when the actually release it. I find it suspicious that they got so much stuff working flawlessly on 1st release.Usually there is a alpha version or etc.

What it can be is an RDP to a PC which is emulating windows mobile. So again I am skeptical until I see it released.
