JUST GOT ANOTHER 3D ITS S-OFF BUT NOT ROOTED?????

so i got another evo 3d off someone and its hboot 1.40 its s-off but its not rooted?? its stock?? how do i root it if it aLREAdy has s-off???

just run the root app? should be fine.
