WinMo 6.5 wont show owner information

We have Motorola MC9598 running WinMo 6.5 and our Owner Information wont show on the homescreen, we have the Windows Default option unchecked and we are using Easy Today Launcher, even without it installed the information still wont show, was hoping someone knew how to make it appear. If there hasn't been a workaround we'll just deal.
