Is SERO limited to the online store?

Does anyone know if I must order new phones via Sprints online store in order for it to be activateable on SERO? The iPhone is obviously sold out currently online, but I'm just wondering if its possible to find one either in a Sprint or Apple store.

As far as I know you've gotta go through Sprint.com, a Sprint Corporate Store or Sprint's Telesales.
