Phone reboots into clockworkmod screen

I've noticed a bunch of times lately that when I pull my phone out of it's holster, it is sitting at the clockworkmod screen. At first I attributed it to maybe just the holster holding the buttons down just right. But it happened twice today, and I fear there is something more going on here. Anyone else have this issue?

SyndicateROM Frozen 1.2, CWM 3.1.0.1 , and Genocide 2.0 kernel

Needless to say I just switch from a TP2 and android is very new to me.

i would say your holster is the issue here cause never have i herd of phone jumping to cwm. i know its a 3 button process but this is a crazy one. does it jump to cwm if phones not in holster?

Well it had never done it while charging over night, so that's what I concluded as well. I just wanted to check here first to see if it might be something else.

Yes, its a leatherish horizontal case with a magnetic flap.

It must be the case and how I wear it on my belt. I've noticed that when I hunched over for something, the buttons are getting pressed. How strange is that?
